Welcome to Winbannu. By accessing or using winbannu.com or the Winbannu app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What Winbannu Is

Winbannu is a paper trading (simulation) platform. All trading within the app uses virtual funds. No real money, securities, or financial instruments are ever traded through Winbannu. Nothing in the app constitutes financial or investment advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number to register. Each phone number may be associated with only one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used to circumvent trial limits or violate these Terms.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features, at no cost and with no card required.
• After the trial period, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe to Pro.
• Pro subscriptions are paid via a UPI payment link. Payments are one-time/manual and are reconciled by us; access is activated after payment confirmation.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass trial or account restrictions (e.g., creating multiple accounts to reset trials)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's operation

5. No Financial Advice

Winbannu provides simulated trading tools for practice and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform should be treated as investment, financial, or trading advice. We are not liable for any real-world financial decisions made based on your use of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with Winbannu belong to its operator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Winbannu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Winbannu at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Karnataka having jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
